Fusion Hut Bistro

Walked in hungry. Walked out extremely happy. Rodrick knows exactly what he’s doing back there in the kitchen. The food was incredible, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. Fusion Hut Bistro knocked it out of the park. No complaints, no leftovers, just a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend this restaurant! Already planning my next visit.

I travel a LOT and have eaten a ton of Jamaican in my day, and this one of the BEST spots I have ever found!!! I got the jerked chicken platter with cabbage, rice, and plantains. The chicken literally falls off the bone unlike any other jerked chicken I've had in the past! I honestly DESPISE cabbage, but I absolutely LOVED this cabbage, and I actually ate it all for once! The rice and beans were sooooo flavorful and amazing! And dont get me started on the watermelon mango ginger tea!!! Seriously worth the spot at this hidden gem!!!

This restaurant and its owner & chef are absolutely phenomenal. Great service, realistic times for fresh food, solid prices, and the food is delicious. The Rasta Pasta with jerk chicken was enough to make me want to try the rest of the menu!

My husband and I visited this place after seeing the reviews on Google and Facebook. We were not disappointed at all. Although they were about to close Roderick and his Mom were polite and hospitable. They had oxtails that were delicious with potatoes added, and I've never had them like that. They were very taste cooked to perfection. My husband had the bbq chick peas and he's still talking about how good they were days later. We traveled from GA, but if you're ever in the area, please stop by and try their great food.

Their homemade drinks are so good. The sorrel (hibiscus) drink is probably my favorite. And the food is so fresh and full of flavor. I highly recommend them for healthy options and big portions. The rasta pasta is so filling and so full of flavor. I've been eating here often, ever since I found out about this place. I'm telling you though, try their fruit punch and sorrel drinks, especially if you love ginger. Those two are probably the best drinks I've ever had in my life. Edited: I had to add another photo of the fusion salad I got tonight. Look at how pretty it is! Even the grapes are cut in half! I love this place! Their food is excellent. And the people running it are just as excellent.
