After Body Meals

Awesome food, great delivery service. Portions are perfect (I eat a lot usually and order the Athlete meals) and the variety is fantastic. I’ve done other meal delivery services before and they did not come close in quality in my opinion. Not the cheapest option but you get what you pay for 100% and delivery has been smooth every time. I’d recommend trying them out!

I thought I would try out a meal or two because I hate cooking for myself. I bought 4 the first week and loved every one of them. Very tasty, perfect portion, and loaded with protein and veggies. I went back again and bought 4 more meals. Delicious!!!

Haven't tasted the meals but bought a few, so stand by for the results! (one less star for not trying yet) A small store front with a cooler filled with all their prepared meals made right here. Some single size and some larger dinner size. This is the only place I've found around the Daytona Beach area to get ready made meals! Easy Peasy... I'm looking forward to pulling out one of these dinners from the freezer tonight, heat up, and enjoy!

I found out about this business conveniently right before I was scheduled to have surgery, I was so excited to learn that they deliver healthy meals directly to you!! I have also gone into their location in South Daytona. Kirk, and his staff have been nothing but friendly and easy to work with! The meals are delicious and the portions are generous. I am picky about sauces but thankfully they have a sauce on side option so that is also a plus! I will definitely continue to support this business! Thank you for offering this to the community.

This place is life-changing. The food is so YUMMY. You can tell EVERYTHING is freshly made. The flavors are good and they have good portions sizes. The process and the delivery has been very organized and smooth. It’s so perfect for someone like me that’s busy but wants to eat healthy. I highly recommend After Body Meals.
