Wendy's

Horrible and absolutely terrible customer service from the drive through guy. I think his name is Justin. You'd know him because he's a bigger guy with glasses with an unkempt scruffy beard and he sounds like hes yelling into the speaker. Very poor customer service skills. After you're done ordering(and after he keeps saying "IS THAT IT???" which is also VERY rude), he'll just say "COME TO THE WINDOW". I don't how this franchise is training it's workers but its abysmal. No real greetings, just cold, lackluster and rude. I get working at a fast food place can be taxing and annoying. But you DO KNOW that you're dealing with the public and you should good to excellent customer service. I mean seriously, "come to the window"?? Where else am I going to go? The bathroom?

Very bad experience! Drive thru 30 minute before closing but a longish line. Asked for chicken nuggets, lady said they don’t have any (completely fine) and I said do you have fries. She said yes, I said can I have a large. She gave me my total and that was it. I wasn’t done yet, I asked if they had burgers still available, she threw off her headset (we could see her from the speaker). Another lady who was extremely helpful took our order while we heard this other lady yell, swear, and complain about us being there that late (Friday night). At the window, we could still hear and see her screaming in the back. When we got home, the fries were not even half full and the burger was still pink inside and outside.

This is the cleanest Wendy's in the area. The staff is always polite and helpful. They also always have nice decorations for the Christmas season, plus they still play Christmas music after the 25th which is cool. The food is always hot and fresh. 5 stars all around.

Disgusting. Ordered two frosties at the drive through and it looked like it was done then he walked away and brought them back one at a time. The cup was sticky and caps where half off. They just looked at us strange before they took them back as well. What did they do when I couldn't see the frosties. Why where they sooooo sticky and the caps not in properly?

Ordered at the drive thru. They didn’t have any salad!?I ordered a Wendy’s double with kechup and a grilled chicken. They gave me a double cheeseburger with lettuce tomato pickles and sauce. They didn’t give me my receipt so I can’t even complain.
