Mitchell’s Ice Cream in Rocky River never disappoints! The ice cream is always fresh, creamy, and full of flavor — you can really taste the quality ingredients. The shop has a warm, welcoming vibe with friendly staff who are happy to offer samples so you can find your perfect scoop. Portions are generous, and the seasonal flavors keep me coming back to try something new. Whether you grab a cone, sundae, or a pint to go, it’s always a treat worth the trip.

Staff very allergen aware and got samples and scoops from different batch weight having to ask. There’s also an allergen booklet upon request. I’m Gluten free. Always good ice cream and service. Can’t wait to return!

Great Mitchell's location. Seating inside and a few spots outside (benches and tables). Quick and friendly staff. Consistently the best ice cream around. Very clean. Parking is easy - out in front of the building.

Great vegan ice cream! Most vegan ice creams are so-so and I don't like the coconut cream after taste, but not here! We bought the mint chocolate flavor and it was wonderful- so rich and creamy you would never believe it was vegan. Good job, Mitchell's!!

Nice and bright! Very friendly staff. The train above is fascinating for the kid that’s in you. The ice cream is fantastic! There is free parking. The parking lot is small. The store is easily accessible for wheelchairs and walkers. There are 3 children tables equipped with crayons and paper so they can be creative while eating their ice cream.
