Worst Wendy's I've ever had. Could not continue to eat it. Fries were cold the big bacon classics we ordered was cold and over cooked. The cheese was like plastic. I guess they were short on lettuce because there was tiny pieces on the burger. Unfortunately, the choices are slim here in Peru so I guess they can get away with poor quality control. Sad. Do not recommend.

Waited for fresh food and ended up with raw food instead. The manager said “they don’t look that bad”

Ordered 2 for 6 spicy chicken sandwiches with extra mayo, obviously you see both sandwiches are wrong one plain not even spicy, the other no extra mayo and the lettuce almost looks brown. Couldn't even ring it up right on the receipt. Fries cold. And the strawberry lemonade is now garbage coming out of the machine now they said, but would've been nice to know it's machine while ordering because we would've got something else to drink knowing beforehand, doesn't look right and the taste is not that great, used to be some of the best strawberry lemonade around now it's probably the worst. My burger was alright though not hot but not cold. Usually this location isn't bad in my experience yea sometimes they'll forget something who doesn't I get it but this is ridiculous considering had to wait

Service was great but my double stack meat was dry and luke warm. The bun was hard as a rock on the top and soft on the bottom. The cook can do better. I know he can. I’ve got faith in management to lead by example. Thank you for great service with a smile!

No ice and when asked about it was told yeah its been that way for a few months. No I can get you ice or anything of the sort. Just inconsiderate and uncaring about warm and flat soda. Food was bearable fries in the baconator fries were cold. We also received no crackers for a large chili. When I went up to get crackers they were sticky and looked recycled from someone else's try.
