Boardwalk Cafe

Boardwalk Cafe is one of my favorite restaurants during the week! I usually go in for lunch and always have great service and food! The staff is great! I like the small town tight knit feel it has making it feel warm and welcoming. 100% would recommend!!

Usually the salads are the best in town but today they must have been running out of lettuce and other vegetables because this salad was the worse I’ve even seen come out of this place. For a $14 salad you would expect a great salad. Not today. Hopefully better next time.

We tried this place out on Valentines Day in the evening. It's a cute place and surprisingly, wasn't crowded. It was also conveniently located near our hotel. We told my brother and sister-in-law who happen to live close to Peru about it so maybe they along with my nieces will check it out some time.

We stopped in for a late lunch. My wife and I shared the Mediterranean Pizza. We changed it a bit by adding chicken, removed the onions and replaced the garlic butter with marinara sauce. That pizza was amazing. The kids had their chicken strips, which were great, but as soon as they saw our pizza, they wanted some pizza too. Boy, it was good. My step-mother had the Italian sandwich. It was also great. Not only was the food so good, but the service was equally amazing. I will definitely bring my family here again each time we visit Peru. Thanks for the great experience!

Great food and quick service always very kind. It’s hard to beat the pick two deal for quality and price. Always clean and nice inside . Try the cactus chili It’s not a cruel trick!
