Wendy's

This is usually a solid enough option but our most recent trip they were pretty slow. You’d hope the fries would be fresh in that case but they were very soggy and not crisp at all. Our sodas tasted flat and flavorless so the machine needed some maintenance. Sandwiches were good and staff was courteous but just hoping for a better overall experience.

The employees were nice and the bathroom was clean but I have issues with any restaurant that won't join the Fair Food Program, which would basically guarantee that farm workers who harvest products for Wendy's would be paid a decent wage and not face abuse/harassment.

Staff acted like we were interrupting them. Waited for a long time (about 10 minutes), and then they gave us the wrong order. If you're looking for accurate food or friendly service, try somewhere else.

Dave's Single: As a teenager there was a Wendy's just down the street from our house and one ramification was the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger became a staple in my diet (usually after sport practices). If I was especially hungry though, I would opt for what back then was called a "Classic Single" and is now the "Dave's Single" (man, maybe I'm getting old?). I was craving a burger and Wendy's had a promotion to get the sandwich for just $1, which is pretty crazy considering the price of everything these days. Unmodified, the sandwich contains a quarter pound of fresh beef, American cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, pickle, ketchup, mayo, and onion on a toasted bun. Automated "Sorry we're closed" on a Saturday night at 1130 pm, when it says open to 12 am. A guy is sitting in the dining area playing air drums in a Wendy's uniform as I drive by.
