Culver’s

Went through the drive thru at 2 this sunday. The food here never disappoints. The burgers were seared to perfection and the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The service is excellent and hats off to the kitchen staff today!

Got the salad with blue cheese, bacon, and chicken. It was delicious! Landon took my order in the Drive-Thru and he did a great job! A very polite and courteous. Answered all my questions without hesitation. Great job! Landon is the reason I come to Culver's. I love the customer service here.

I like to eat here every friday, and it never disappoints. The food is always very fresh and hot. The staff is very courteous, some of the People ((Diane) at the counter I have got to know over the years, which is unusual for places nowadays. The restaurant had a remodel in the last year and it's always clean. This location is literally my gold standard for all Culver's, but very few can measure up. What it boils down to is the manager and owner here cares about the customers and it shows.

Ordered a rather simple meal. A fish sandwich and fries. The fish sandwich was half fish and half bun, soggy lettuce, and (rancid) mayo. Imagine a bun the size of French roll with a heavily breaded frozen fish fillet from a supermarket. I made it through half the sandwich when the fish was gone and I kept noticing a too tangy mayo flavor. The lettuce was wilted and chewy. The crinkle cut fries were soggy and limp - like they were either hours old or taken out of the fryer far too soon. this was my 2nd visit to a Culvers. local family members were certain I would like Culvers as much as they do. Nope. I presume this place stays open for locals who have never been to much better restaurants. I do not see anything special. The atmosphere, both times, was midwest rural with overkil

I’m not sure what’s happened to this Culver’s location, but the quality has really declined. Lately, every visit has been disappointing in some way. I once ordered the fish dinner and only received one of the two sides. Another time, I got the flavor of the day, and it turned out to be just vanilla ice cream with a single brownie chunk and one pecan. Tonight was the worst experience yet. I came home to find they gave me a corn dog so overcooked it had cracked open, and the strawberry shake I ordered was warm and tasted sour. They used to be generous with portions and took pride in their food—now it’s unpredictable and careless. Given how often this has been happening, we’ll probably be going elsewhere from now on.
