Disgusting. So Dry, its meatless. Tastes funny. Was probably sitting under the lamp until all the moisture was zip.

Missed the 299 exit for a wendys and kept driving to this one with my mom. We needed something quick before heading out to the Casino. The lady that took our order was very sweet! She was also working hard, cleaning tables between customers and taking out the trash. Had no issues, food was very hot and fries were fresh. Don't know why all the bad reviews, I liked it.

Stopped here headed home haven’t been through a drive-thru for fast food with each item was fresh and hot and didn’t have to request a change. No complaints.

I am very upset, it’s christmas eve and I just wanted to stop to grab something quick for my family to eat, but got the wrong sandwich. I was a manager at a Burger King before this so I know how customer service should be in this kind of establishment. I went around to get my sandwich back the right way, and the lady was very nasty saying that that wasn’t what we ordered. (it was) Not only was the employee and MANAGER both very nasty, but I got my burger back wrong again! They don’t listen to directions or maybe just don’t know how to do their job. I didn’t bother going back around to get it fixed because I didn’t want to receive anymore attitude as a paying customer and I’m trying to enjoy my Christmas eve. Worst service ever I made it clear that my order was the exact same but the one taking the order put it in wrong and said that it was our problem and had an attitude with us while talking about us straight to our face. I have to say I am extremely disappointed. Shout out to the manager for making things right.
