The agent who helped us Marialena was extremely kind even helping us during some of her lunch break because we got there just before 12. She was fast and answered all our questions without even getting annoyed that we interrupted her lunch unintentionally. We got told we had to get some paperwork in last minute hence our timing. That was stressful enough having someone who understood the stress and was patient and understanding about our situation.
