The customer service was great, and the food was just as good. A young guy took my order, and while it took 15-20 minutes, it was well worth the wait this is a small mom and pop spot, not McDonald’s. Lets start off with the Al Pastor Quesadilla, the meat was so juicy and tender and with really great flavor(PAUSE), the cheese, meat and pineapple complemented each other mind you they did not skimp on the meat!!! Wish down the line they would make handmade tortillas to take it to the next level. Secondly got myself an asada torta, it’s your normal Mexican sandwich nothing crazy, I truly enjoyed the seasoning on the flank steak, the cheese they used is not your typical quesillo, really great that they used cheese that’s meant to be fried. Overall, I’d definitely return to try something new.

**CASH ONLY** Let me tell you, this place is seriously worth it. The birria tacos here are some of the most authentic you’ll find in the area—hands down. The flavors are incredible, and you can really tell they put in the effort to get it just right. I'm also a big fan of the asado quesadilla; it's packed with flavor and just the right amount of cheese. The portions are pretty generous, so definitely come hungry—you’ll get your fill. The spice level is spot on too, giving a nice kick without overpowering the other flavors. The only catch is that it’s cash only, but trust me, it’s totally worth the small inconvenience. If you're a taco lover, you need to try this place!

The Al Pastor quesadilla is really delicious. Their salsa verde, hot sauce, and crema is super flavorful. Best food truck in Mount Pocono!!! Would absolutely recommend!!

Tried them for the first time today and I have to say I was VERY impressed. My husband and I had the carnitas tacos and the al pastor quesadilla. The meat was so flavorful and the sauces (salsa verde and salsa roja) had the exact kick I was hoping for. As a Mexican I’d say this is the most authentic flavor I’ve found in Mt. Pocono and for a great price! 10/10
