My recent visit to the Taco Bell on Ryders Lane, NJ, was met with an okay, okay level of service. The staff handled my order efficiently, but the overall experience lacked the warmth and enthusiasm that can elevate a dining experience. The dining area was clean, providing a decent environment to enjoy a quick meal. While the service was by no means disappointing, it also didn't stand out as exceptional
They used to be so good but the new girl at the drive thru in the last week has THE WORST attitude and honestly I've found myself avoiding coming back because of it. Just not friendly and makes things uncomfortable
Wendy's has fallen! The bread, if that's what it is, is trash. Just like Burger King the bun falls apart. To add insult to they went cheap with the lettuce. They are shredding Iceberg lettuce the cheapest on the market. Romaine or green leaf is preferred. I thought it was one location but I went to two different ones and the results were the same. Every time one of these private equity firms buy a franchise they destroy it. Customer lost!
Dealt with a cashier names Vanessa. She was very rude and tried to charge me extra for something that wasn't on the menu, sneaky charges are the worst, and when I asked her about it she got an attitude . I asked her for her name and she walked away and said she didn't have to give to me. I also asked for the manager and was ignored. Wendys service has gone down bad.
this was the one time i order uber eats from there for my family, everyone got their food except for me and i tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered. i got hung up on without even getting answered, im very upset over this
