Genuinely a 50/50. Some days my order is 100% correct and perfect. The other half of the time legitimately every item is wrong or something wasn’t given. But they’re always pretty nice. Today was a day legitimately every item was wrong.
Terrible food, was given a nasty look when I asked if I could get frys that was at least warm ! Tables dirty, bathroom worse..See photos of food below, I wouldn't even have made chili out of the meat.
The customer service at this Wendy's is despicable. They are not at all friendly and quite rude. They could take lessons from the McDonald's and Taco Bell next door Their customer service is top notch. Such a shame, their food is good but they make you feel like a problem .
Waited 15 mins for one combo while they continued to get other dining room orders and drive thru orders out that ordered after me all because the order was online. Please realize these are your customers too, so very rude
I ordered a baconator and I was giving a Dave’s double, I understand what it’s like to work in a fast restaurant and it takes 4 seconds to look at the recipe then the sandwich. Do better
