Hillside Villa Ohio

We just stayed 3 nights at the Hillside Villa. We were in the Cameo Rose Room ( second floor). I'm leaving a review because I rely on other people's reviews when we choose lodging when we travel. The pros were... - Easy check in & out. Leon called us the first day of our stay to give us details. He did tell us that if we needed anything we could call him 24/7. - An AMAZING view and we had space on the balcony with rocking chairs to enjoy it. - Very clean room & bathroom - A fire- pit, which we did use. - The mattress was pretty comfortable ( it was on the firm side ) - The shower had good water pressure & hot water. - Location was great, close to town but out enough where the traffic wasnt loud. Cons... - the wall unit air conditioner was very loud when it kicked on ( it kept me up during

Gorgeous room with a great view over fields of horses and very quiet. Apparently under new management and breakfast no longer provided but there’s a kitchen and dining area for people to use and some great cafes just a 5 minute drive away. The entire place was spotlessly clean. I don’t know why a recent review complained about towels as they were brilliant white and nothing wrong with them. The same review mentions their room not being cleaned…unless folks are dirty or trashing the place why create waste cleaning rooms every day?! You don’t need fresh towels daily, that’s mad. My husband and I thought it was excellent…great bed linens, very comfortable bed, great pillows…everything looked brand new. Very nice bathroom. Much nicer than a chain hotel. What a lovely lovely Inn. Located so close to downtown Berlin. The view is fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Hillside was a wonderful accommodation to stay at. My husband and I shared this accommodation with six other couples. We were all extremely pleased. Hillside delivered everything promised and more. The accommodations were very attractive, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The breakfast bar in the dining room was well stocked with plenty of Keurig coffee pods, mugs, and glasses. There was a complimentary case of water in the refrigerator too. The kitchen was very well equipped and even had some blenders and crock pots. The beds were comfortable and the walls blocked out the sounds of others talking in the house. The blinds kept the sun out and you controlled the temperature in your bedroom. There was plenty of porch and balcony seating to choose from to enjoy the beautiful countryside. T

Amazing Place!!!Leon was an Awesome Host and Allison an her crew do a fantastic job keeping the place looking clean and spent extra time on the small details!!!Christmas 2025 was spent here,would definitely recommend !!
