Wendy's

Multiple times we go to the drive thru and they give us half of the order and charge us the full order. We are always missing an entire meal, a burger, it’s always a lot and the receipts say they charged it. EXTREMELY ANNOYED WITH THIS

Owner of this restaurant cares only about money and not a customer service oriented individual. One of his employees (older heavy set woman with glasses) discriminated my relative for being handicapped and discriminated me for being pregnant calling me, "big broad" to the customers inside the restaurant. She has absolutely nothing to do with the incident. The owner just gave her a slap on the wrist and didn't seem to care that she was discriminatory. This employee is lucky that Im not the individual to attack her physically in the day and age we live in. This owner doesn't deserve a tenth of a penny of business. He was non chalant and very dismissive. He even defended the discrimination. Absolutely disgusting! Go elsewhere and stay away!

Went the other week to grab some bags of ice, as I’ve done it before at others Wendy’s. I went in and asked for the 5 bags and the guy behind the counter, who was pretty high out of his mind, stared at me like I had 2 heads. I had to tell him 3 times what i wanted and then he asked his manager who said you get bags of ice when you purchase food. So I got food and said I wanted the 5 bags of ice and he nodded. Didn’t charge me for them, so i assumed it had changed and you just needed a food purchase to get them. So I waited, i was given my food and he started to wander off and i asked about the bags of ice and he just looked at me so confused. He then handed 5 empty ice bags and told me have a good day. We came today at 7:00 pm and if the manager of this location reads this the young man working the drive-thru was extremely rude. No smile, thank you or anything, just a scowl when we asked for ketchup. Very disappointed you didn’t have the garlic Parmesan saucy nuggets….how does a national chain that is managed correctly run out of a sauce? The fries were soggy also, the only thing that was good was the son of baconator. Almost forgot to add, the sodas tasted like chlorine.

Wendys is always good for a quick bite. I had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the Sour Cream and Chive baked potato and it was delicious.
