Been here twice now and both times my experience has been awful. The 1st time I ordered a cheesy baked potato waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before someone looked out the window shrugged her shoulders before opening the window and responded " oh here is your potato. 2nd time was tonight when I went back through the drive through. My fries are cold and my sandwiches was all wrong. Then when you call you get to talk to a machine and nobody ever calls you back.
It's Wendy's what can I say. The restaurant in Menomonie was clean and the people were friendly. The food is pretty much the same at every Wendy's I have been to. That's why I go, I know what to expect.
535 pm on 30 November 2025 invididual working the fryer grabbing customers chicken tenders for customers with bare hands. I asked him about this and was told gloves are not required in that area. Yes,I agree if you are not touching food. Complete lack of care or accountability from any of the staff here tonight.
Not to happy with my meal today. Ordered 10 piece chicken nugget with BBQ for dipping. And CHILI cheese fries as a side... Got cold chicken nuggets with Ranch (don't like ranch) and soggy cheese fries... what is going on here? Guess I'm not eating today 😡
Great staff and fast service ! Drive thru and kitchen are doing great! I even bought a cookie and a tag !
