1st time I've been to this Wendy's in quite some time. Due to past bad experiences. Although the food isn't nearly as good as we all know Wendy's can be. The service has improved dramatically. Everyone was polite and outgoing. And, even though they messed up our order, when I went in and told the guy, he was very polite and immediately corrected it. If they would just work on not giving over cooked nuggets and fries, and actually serve hot fries. They'd be top of the line, again.
The best late night service I've had at this location in a long time. I felt welcomed at both windows. My fries were hot and fresh, my sandwich was made just like I requested. And.....my chocolate frosty was perfect in texture and flavor. 5 STARS 🌟 TONIGHT!!
Shout out to Jordan working the window! He has exceptional customer service. Very friendly. He went out of his way to correct my order that I mistanekly ordered wrong. We will be returning here in the future!
Very friendly, food very good except for putting cheese on one of our burgers. Oreo fusion is delicious.
Just got Frosy's this trip. You can never go wrong with those. Very delicious!
