Wendy's

So a while back we ordered late and they didn't have Frosties and we waited for a while on food but it was old and cold. All of it. So after a couple of attempts and making it right it finally got there. The other night ordered a biggie bag and everything was again old & cold. I didn't even call back. I don't want a replacement or anything else from this location ever again.

Look, I get it, you get scored on how fast you get the orders out. However, if I do a mobile order and am the only person in line there's no need for me to be pulled up. Add to that the food being cold when I get it and I question why I was pulled up to begin with.

This location is NOT, NOT, NOT up to Wendy's standards! My burger was not made as I ordered. Fries were old, cold, and rubbery. Burger was begrudgingly re-made, but was still wrong. Burger did NOT have that familiar Wendy's fresh taste, etc. Something was indeed wrong as I got a bad gut ache later as I was driving to Michigan. I got diarrhea and had to stop several times to use the restroom. Very unpleasant! There are serious cleanliness, food prep, and customer service problems at this location. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. There is a very bad vibe in that place.

We have given this Wendy’s multiple chances but it doesn’t matter if all we order is 1 lousy Jr Bacon, they will inevitably leave off either the cheese, bacon, tomato, etc. No matter what, we always have to go in or go back thru the the drive thru to correct our order.

Every time I go to Wendy's of the mornings, the food is always taste bad and bread is hard to chew and the manager a red head guy, he can be hateful at times and not friendly and it doesn't do good to complain about anything because it gets worse. I'll be never return.
