Wendy's

This is literally the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. And I've been to some slow ones. I have have waited less time at a restaurant that you actually sat down and perused a menu between the time I was set and the time I got my food than this Wendy's. After 8:00 p.m. the lobby was locked. Not even during a rush. The fries are always cold. They often get the orders wrong. The worst Wendy's ever. Update. Recently I ordered dinner for me and my family. Getting off work, went to the drive-thru and got home to find out that my Dave's triple was raw. All three patties. When I called the store to explain to them they essentially called me a liar saying their grill was on a timer so they don't understand how that could happen. Lowell, Arkansas location is great new building…. Just need to replace manager or needs to get on bored and do his job if anything, his young kid staff should not have to deal with the problems tables are not clean sticky paper towels on the back of the seat New places you take care of it corporate do something manager and guy w the mask always non-motivated

The food is rarely served fresh. When I get my fries and they are not fresh, that is soul crushing. I am going to have to go where the food is fresh. Sorry, wendy's. You won't last much longer if you can't make your customers come back.

I will be calling corporate on Monday!! Whoever manages this location should be ashamed. I come to pick up a door dash order and the lobby is closed. I go to the drive thru that has 1 car sitting at the window. I am at the intercom and a lady asked me to hold. I waited for at least 6 minutes before she spoke to me. I said “I have a door dash order that’s ready for pickup and the lobby door is locked.” She said “oh yes, the lobby is closed. We only have two workers” and then she started laughing and said “oh… someone decided to show up today. I guess I need to go let them in.” I said “so what would you like me to do?” She said “pull around.” I sat at the window for approximately 10-15 minutes before someone even spoke to me. This location is constantly understaffed with untrained workers. I sat at the drive-through this morning long enough to realize that there was no one inside working even though they had no signs posted about not being open and the menu board was lit up on the drive-through. Inside at the counter the workers are rude and will just look at you and ignore you.
