Wendy's

This was ridiculous. Bake potatoes as almost nothing and spicy Honey BBQ nuggs we just drizzled with sauce. Definitely NOT worth the $21 meal we purchased. Took in and employees did nothing and dismissed me.

This place claims it's "committed to serving you", but this couldn't be further from my experience today. I'm sitting in line, now for over 25 minutes (traffic behind me is backed up in the street). I finally got to the order window, but then I was asked to wait an additional minute. I thought this was fast food? After hearing someone fumble with the microphone, I finally was greeted and placed my order. I had questions about the items I was ordering because the menu isn't illuminated properly. Who's responsible for this facility? There is trash on the floor and MAYBE three associates working, but I can only see two. DO NOT COME HERE. UPDATE: Upon inspecting my order (which was only 3 kids meals) I discovered the onions that my kids wanted weren't added, and there were no toys for my kids

Let me tell you...This is the WORST experience I’ve EVER had with a fast food restaurant! The staff was so rude and short with me, interrupted me and I just didn’t like the experience. The nuggets I had gotten where half frozen and half done, not only that but they where stuck together!!! I will NEVER spend my money here again.. absolutely disgusting

This is by far the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been in. They heave everything clean and organized the workers seem to work hard and it doesn’t appear that they hate their job. The cashier with glasses was very kind and helpful and the woman who made our food was fast prompt and kind 10/10 would recommend this Wendy’s out of any other to exist

The hottest week so far this year, and there is no air conditioning in restaurant. I spoke to the manager this morning, and I honestly feel sorry for him as there is nothing that he can do about it but report it. I’m a regular customer and I’ve never had any issues or complaints about the food or service. It’s heartbreaking to know that the workers are around the hot grill and grease with no relief. The heat index has been over 100 a few days this week, so I’m horrified to think of what it feels like in the kitchen. This is dangerous and extremely negligent.
