Blue Collie Coffee Shop

Love the food the coffee was delicious and the selection of syrups is plenty. Seems like a very inclusive establishment. Finding seating was hard as they have some seats still up and paint buckets in random corners but very quaint and homey and everyone was kind would come again!

As part of my quest to visit all 100 counties in NC, I stopped into Louisburg today as part of checking out Franklin County. This coffee shop was my first stop. Very cozy and the staff made great suggestions. My blueberry muffin was moist and delicious and the recommended pumpkin spice iced tea was a surprisingly good treat! Bonus for jokes on the tea lid 🤣 pick up a snack, a drink, or a meal and take a lovely walk through the area. I walked down to Louisburg College and back. Reasonably priced as well!

I’m from Germany, and I’ve often been disappointed by the bakery items I’ve tried in the US, but this little place completely changed that today! The gluten-free blueberry muffin and the brownie were absolutely AMAZING: super moist, rich, and full of flavor. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! And the owner is truly heartwarming and kind.

I didn’t try the food! Just the coffee, it was delicious though! The charming atmosphere was amazing, sweet with a friendly staff!

What a great feeling. I know that's an odd thing to say after leaving an eatery or coffee shop, but it is true. Lovely people, good food, yummy drinks.
