Went here with my friend and they had a girl in the front that seem she didn't know what she was doing. Didn't give us sauce but she asked us what sauce we wanted then claimed she didn't know our biggie bag meals was suppose to come with sauce. She didn't know what the frosty key ring was. I asked for no mustard but it still got put on I don't really care about that but still I asked for no mustard and it got put on. My bf has worked at a Wendy's for 2 years and he said it's bs

Went tonight with my wife to get food and the staff was very unprofessional and rude in response to a simple question on menu pricing changes. I am always very polite to workers in the food industry! Very disappointed and will not be returning to eat at this location.

I ordered spicy nuggets and they gave me regular. wouldn’t usually be upset but considering i’m pregnant im upset. on top of that they had us waiting 20+ minutes.. for what? the wrong freaking order.

My wife and I brought my daughter here for lunch and we had no complaints. Service was fast and friendly and the food was great! Revisit: 6-19-19 Disappointed, the drive thru line was slow, the guy in the window seemed unsure of what he was doing. We were shorted one of our meals. I went back around to the drive thru and got sick of sitting and waiting so i got out of line, parked and went inside. I got my other meal but was regretting going inside because of how nasty this place was. Everything looked dirty. There were employees in socks and flip flops in the kitchen. I was tempted to brink back all of my food. I didn’t eat. I went elsewhere for food. I told everyone else in there about the inside and they almost threw the food away. Ordered a burger and it was extremely uncooked. The patty was pink throughout. Would have taken it back but I went through the drive-thru and took a bite when I got to work about 15-20 mins away
