Hey don't give receipt of purchase. My total seemed high for a 9 dollar salad and the 4 dollar bag it came to almost $17. I get home the salad is tiny and the tortilla strips were expired three months ago. I called the manager and she said it's just a suggestion, yet it says use by.... escalating to corporate. Not my first bad experience unfortunately. I only go here if it's the shortest drive there line on East ridge Rd. The night staff is atrocious!!!

Why is your staff so rude? I did nothing but show up? No courtesy, no welcoming atmosphere just rudeness like I’m bothering them? Got my Order wrong, no sour creams for my baked potato, no straw , eye rolling. If you don’t want to work there then don’t I don’t need an Attitude when I did nothing. Last time I eat here.

paola was very rude because she had to cancel order because i wanted a small drink also just walked away when i asked for receipt i paid for a baconator and got the son of baconator manager was very unprofessional didn't want to change my burger as ordered

Let me start out by saying I have been a manager at a BUNCH of McDonalds. I can say this right now if your sign says you're open 24/7 YOU MUST PROVIDE THAT SERVICE. DO NOT TELL ME you're only accepting mobile orders or pick up for grubhub, doordash etc.... your JOB is to sell food. Your sign says OPEN 24/7 that means you should be selling food to ANYONE. I should be able to come through the damn drive through and place an order not get told what I did..... BECAUSE YOUR SHORT STAFFED? I work at a job I'm short staffed and if I was to tell someone no I can't serve them I'd loose my damn job. I'm a paying customer and you should have taken my normal order through the drive thu. Worst wendy. Went to order at the drive through, and they said the are only doing mobile order, at 8pm,and they are not taking no order unless is mobile order, that is absurd. And they all are rude, always giving you attitude, don't even greet you, they need to be respectful towards the customers. Also, most of the time, when they give my order, there's always something missing, even if it something small, and when I go to pick up the missing items, they get annoyed and more rude than usually, when is their fault for not checking the food before giving it to the customer.
