Bruster's Real Ice Cream

This was my first visit to a Bruster's in years and a highly satisfying one at that! Stopped here during their final hour of business, and they had their work cut out for them! There was a decent drive-through line and even a few people in line at the window, including us. There were only three employees, but they handled the crowd impressively well, with care for each order. Friendly, welcoming, and efficient staff are a major part of the 5-stars. And of course, the ice cream! Delicious, smooth milkshakes and awesome sundaes. Amazing variety of flavors of fresh ice cream! Our order: Graham Central Station Milkshake - LG Chocolate Peanut Butter w/ Buckeyes - SM Peanut Butter Cup Sundae Regular Sundae with Peanut Butter Topping

My husband was craving Real Ice cream and we made it 10 mins before this place closed & our minds were BLOWN!!!!! The ice cream is outstanding and we were very Happy with what we got except the Strawberry with white chocolate that i got was very very sweet. The creaminess/ milkiness/ soft texture was delightful. Not icy at all so having sensitive teeth is no problem at all eating this ice cream!!!

love a winter ice cream with a warm waffle cone. this was my first time here and the drive thru was great, staff was friendly, ice cream was amazing and creamy. looking forward to my next ice cream outing

Usually when I go to Bruster’s I don’t have a problem with the service or anything, but tonight my daughter and I went through drive thru, I ordered a simple peanut butter cup sundae. I asked for no chocolate syrup and extra peanut butter sauce. I should've checked my I cream before pulling off but as I said I don’t usually have an issue when I go. What was supposed to have been a peanut butter cup sundae was literally a small (1) scoop of ice cream and a glob of whipped cream! There was hardly any peanut butter sauce on it and it was very sloppily made! It was 8:33pm they close at 9p… I’m very disappointed with the employees at this point! Had they not been playing around they could’ve gotten the portion and order correct!

As always-The employees have been exceptionally well trained, and are acutely aware of the importance of how they treat the customers!!!!…. I wish there were more businesses who trained their teenagers, and young adults (at other fast food places), as well as Bruster’s does…. I hope that the owners reward their staff for “Over-and-Beyond” customer service. They should also be “Very” proud of them as well!
