Wendy's

Once again, specifically said NO CHEESE, ONLY MUSTARD AND CHOPPED ONION. And once again, I get cheese and not chopped onion. I even shut my truck off so she could hear better. Also quality is poor, not fresh, sure isn't anything close to a hot and juicy burger. $14 for a fast food cold burger. Fries and drink. Girl in drive through was friendly, came across as happy. Just hire a cook that cares if the food is edible.

I brought my 3 great grandkids in Wendy's after school yesterday. We stood there at counter & no one even had the courtesy to acknowledge us & asked to help us? What is wrong with this establishment? They were too busy filling drinks/orders for the drive thru? I thought Wendy's always wants to serve all customers (Not This Wendy's). We stood there 10 minutes & not One employee stopped to even take our order. You disappointed my 3 great grandkids, who had their hearts set on a treat from your restaurant! Shame on you! We left & went to a different establishment down the street who gives proper customer service. Your improper treatment to us as customers was inexcusable!

Nothing like fast food, taking 15 minutes and it's still being incorrect. I'm at a 50% hit rate of my food being wrong. Not to add watching the employees play nut tap and then deliver my food to me. You've ruined Wendy's for me.

This restaurant they don’t care specially in the evenings and weekends staff don’t care at all but to be talking and ghossipp they take so long because of talking and playing

Horrible. Found a piece of paper in my chicken sandwich. What a horrible place and they just recently opened.
