Freaking Delicious Cheesecake Co.

This woman invited us INTO HER KITCHEN and explained ALL of her cheesecakes to my wife and I since we were being so indecisive. She loves what she does. It was so amazing to watch her talk about her recipes as she was transitioning these beautiful cheesecake cookies from the oven onto cookie sheets! THEN she delivered our order upstairs to The refrigerator in our hotel!! The service was absolutely outstanding!….. NOW There is absolutely no words to describe how amazing her cheesecakes are!! I am almost 50 years old and have never put a bite of deliciousness into my mouth before that has ever been close to surpassing what I experienced today!!! My buddy kevin suggested this place but is was disgusting. This woman is rude and does NOT know how to make a simple cheesecake. I ordered a plain 11" cake and it was burnt as can be. Tasted like it was mostly sour cream. Nasty AVOID!!! 0 STARS. Edited this is a real review she made me a custom 11" and it sucked. All these recent 5 star reviews are fake from her cheesecake page.

I have had their cheesecakes several times and they are outstanding!! Never had an issue with the owner, Allie. She has always been accommodating and polite. I’ve attached a picture of the Key Lime cheesecake that we got from FDC.

Since moving back to the area, I've found that FDC is one of the absolute best additions to the community! You will not find better cheesecake anywhere around. Cheesecake is my favorite dessert, and she has absolutely perfected it! Dense and creamy deliciousness. Her selection of flavors is impressive, and the Flavors of the Week are always impossibly delicious and creative. The owner goes above and beyond to make my pick up times convenient. She is always kind and helpful. I'm so thankful for this small business in our community.

My family and I are from Oklahoma. We were visiting Great Bend and decided to order a cheesecake from here. It was the BEST cheesecake we had ever had. It was absolutely decadent and just melted in your mouth. I wish she could find a way to ship because I would be ordering every month. Keep up the good work!!
