Wendy's

Genuinely disappointed with the food and service! Was greeted at the window with “what do you want” and then at the second window the girl with pink hair didn’t say a word. The food was cold and soggy. Shame

So much faster service than the McDonald's across the street. It's hard to figure why everyone waits in line at McDonald's when Wendy's is just as good. However, the service here, while not rude , was not polite. No thank you, please, not even a hello or have a good night.

You can thank the cook at 11:30 a.m September 14 for me and my family never coming back. I asked for my hamburger with no onions and it was like they put extra on purpose burnt till dry and left all my condiments off. Tossed it do to being uneditable. Pretty disappointing considering how expensive everything is. Culver's is pretty close in price and right next store. I suggest take your business there.

Their New Southwest Avocado Chicken Salad tastes really good. But.... Compare their photo of the salad to the photo of the salad I purchased. Hmmm BIG diff in the amt of Avocado! My avocado was smaller than a melon ball size!!! For $7.31, not worth it if I'm not getting what I'm supposed to be paying for. See addnl photo with bigger scoop of avocado, def problems with consistency. Frustrating, if I'm willing to pay the high cost for a salad, at least give me what I'm paying for! Update... Half salad much better, correct portions, warm chicken not sitting on cheese melting it. So save couple $ since prob getting correct avocado portions. Half seems the way to go!!

My husband and I were excited to try the sandwiches in the pictures. We were motivated from watching “YummyBitestv” on YouTube. Her and her man tried the brown sugar bacon turkey club which looked absolutely amazing. I wasn’t disappointed with my first bite. My husband sandwich was good but they didn’t put as much brown sugar bacon in his sandwich as they did mine and believe me there’s a HUGE difference. As far as customer service, it seem to always be a problem with the workers and they’re attitude. My lemonade was horrible! Although, the lady replaced it with a Sprite (Because my husband asked) she did it with a slight attitude while saying, it’s “lite” so uh yeah” 😐
