Wendy's

Ate at Wendy's in Franklinton during noon time. Restaurant smelled of smoking oil! A few patrons scattered about Restaurant. My husband and I both ordered the Dave's Double Combo meals. $27 for the two meals. We were given cups for our drinks. I first got a Dt Dr Pepper. It tasted awful. So I poured it out...got a Dt Barq's root beer...it tasted AWFUL. My husband's Dt Coke tasted awful. I went to register..asked the girl could she get me a drink bc the ones coming out of their drink station were awful. She got me a Dt Barq's root beer ... which was good! There was no ketchup/cups at station. When our meals were ready... what an absolute mess. Upon unwrapping the burgers...there was soo much ketchup/mayo it was everywhere. Everytime you handled your burger...you had to wipe the condiment

Giving 2 stars because @ least the order was correct this time but food was not edible... English muffin cold and raw , bacon hard as beef jerky .. Can remodel building all you want if not hiring good people who care what they serving it will never get better and fail as a location. hope its an arbys next im not coming back the past 5 orders have been thrown away

First off showed up at 940 to dining area an they closed but door clearly says they close at 10. Then had to wait 10 min for a tea got my food but not my drink. Its was awful!

It's whats to be expected from fast food in Louisiana. Nothing to write home about, but satisfies a basic need.

Driving through and we ordered 2 burgers. They both had mold on the buns. Went back and asked for a refund. Employees and manager looked at us like we were crazy. Glad it wasn’t dark and we didn’t see mold and got sick. Then they asked for our drinks back. No apology whatsoever. Terrible place and management!
