Wendy's

Location tried feeding my wife and child moldy food. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, I was told they weren’t in but would call me back. This went on for another week or so and nobody ever contacted me. Won’t ever be spending another dime at this location, or any other Wendy’s location for that matter. Totally fine with mistakes happening, but when there is no problem solving or communication from the leaders of your business, thats a massive problem.

Beware. I'm in fort Erie every few weeks for work and this Wendy's is next to the hotel where I stay. I've ordered from here three times and twice I've been sick for days after eating here. I'm not the kind of guy that gets sick very often. So something is seriously wrong with the food here.

I come here every so often and clearly the bathroom doesn’t get cleaned very well as this was here in summer months stuck to the ceiling in the men’s washroom. Bathroom never smells fresh, always stale and gross. Service and food is good other than that, Get some staff members to clean your bathrooms daily.

No one in the drive through. 12 pm Was told by the new staff member to go park although it was very hard to understand her she pointed and told us to park over there. Waited 10 minutes. My husband had to go in and ask where the chicken nuggets were since all we ordered was 3 6 piece nuggets and they were just sitting there on the counter while they served other customers. Will not be coming back. Maybe hire staff who communicate better as well since the man who used to work drive through would always at least tell us if it was going to be a wait on the food. Very disappointed especially since we had 3 kids in the car

The usual good variety and quality of food we expect at Wendy's. Cold atmosphere, stiff furniture, not designed to linger.
