Tender Cuts Fort Erie

Went here for the first time. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly staff member behind the counter. Ty was very polite to tell me how things worked with picking a number and waiting for the number to be called. Even tho I didn't have a number, Ty still helped me with what I wanted. He made sure I was satisfied with my selections. Thank you for the great experience. Will see me again.

Whenever I'm in Fort Erie I stop by. Yesterday was a great experience. The atmosphere was fun. One guy was singing, and the lady serving me was awesome! The price was great too.

Only place I buy meat. Friendly and quite helpfull. An incredible selection of A1 quality.

Always friendly and attentive staff. Knowledgeable about their products which is really nice and they have quick access to any ingredients in case of questions about allergies which I really appreciate.

My husband and I were in the store this morning around 11 to buy ribs that were on sale. It was the first day of the sale and there was only 1 rack in the case. My husband asked the butcher if he could get 4 racks. The butcher very rudely said he had some but was not cutting until tomorrow. No apology, no nothing! We have been regular customers since the store opened - we will not be back.
