Little Red Coffee & Catering (Fort Erie)

Very affordable cafe. 2 rooms of seating, one with a full wall being a window which is lovely. The owner Les is kind, accommodating, intelligent and likeable. Lots of vegan options including 2 sandwiches, a wrap, 2 soups, a salad, chocolate chip cookies, date squares, scones and most of the drinks.

Excellent baked goods done fresh in house each day. My favourites are the shortbread-like chocolate chip cookies and the cranberry scones. Craft beer/wine available and the lattes are some of the best in Niagara. A fair bit of cozy indoor seating available, and patio seating when the weather is nice. The owner and staff are wonderful people - always a smile and a good time at this coffee shop. In Fort Erie, almost nothing beats Little Red Coffee's quality. I highly recommend to anyone passing through or near Fort Erie!

Little Red Coffee is warm. We drove all the way from downtown Toronto, two half-frozen business partners on a dumb little side quest to save a meeting that was one missing printout away from ruin. Imagine Finn and Jake, but the sword is a printer that probably doesn’t exist, and the dragon is a Toronto barista who’d say “not my problem” 90 percent of the time. But Little Red didn’t. The barista didn’t flinch. They fired up their printer, handed us our doc, and poured an espresso in a glass mug so big it felt like a magic potion. The big city felt a hundred

The only things that saved this from Being a 1-star review is that this is a small business, the homey-nostalgic atmosphere, and the sandwich was pretty good. Long story short I waited nearly 1 hour for a sandwich. I was the first one in there and it got busy fast but I shouldn’t be waiting for everyone else to get their orders filled before they start making my order, and if you make someone wait that long the least you could do is throw in a cookie or a baked good as a kind gesture. Atmosphere is great, food was decent, service could be improved though. I would’ve appreciated a heads up or something because I was on a break from work and needed to get back, I made sure to ask as well if they’re even making sandwiches as I realized it was still early and there was only one person working.

I recently visited a coffee shop by the lake in Fort Erie. The location is fantastic, offering a short walk to the beautiful lake views and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made for a positive experience. However, while the coffee and food were satisfactory, neither stood out as exceptional. The real highlight of this spot is its convenience and scenic setting, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the view.
