I am writing to formally complain about a very disappointing experience at the Popeyes Chicken location in Fairview Heights on December 23, 2024. I arrived at approximately 7:16 p.m. and placed my order with a manager wearing a green shirt, as no one was standing at the counter. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a Pepsi using a code. The person I was with ordered chicken tenders and fries. After waiting until approximately 7:40 p.m., I approached the counter to ask about my order. The manager on duty stated that they had not had chicken all day and asked who had taken the order. I informed her it was the manager wearing the green shirt. I finally received a refund however the ticket read classic chicken sandwich with potatoes and gravy and a Pepsi. Again I ordered a spicy

I'm not sure how this happens as busy as this place is every morning. Im glad my daughter didn't eat her bacon, egg and cheese croissant as soon as I got home. But when she went to airfry it to reheat it she found mold on her sandwich. Im not really shocked with the way this place is run but for a 8$ breakfast sandwich I'd prefer it with no mold.

Drive-thru order. Food was OK. Chicken Nuggets could have been cooked a little longer. Decent service.

Haven't been here in 8 years. But now I see there’s a reason. Little girls at the drive through treated us like we were dumb when they messed up our order. Manager came in and asked to see our bags since we were “missing everything” and came back to ask if there were any more bags we were holding onto. Why would we lie? I was missing the fries, ranch, nuggets and burger… and my baked potato wasn’t cooked all the way- it was stiff and hard. I broke my plastic knife. Yes they eventually got my stuff right but as someone who worked in a fast food drive through- this is by far the worst experience I’ve had and it was very unprofessional and unnecessary. Don’t waste time going to this particular location because they do not treat their customers right even when we weren’t being rude or had any

Customer service is Terrible!!! The employees show that they don't want to be working there. This was my 1st time ordering a Baconator and the is the picture of what it's supposed to look like & this is what I got. Then they gave me an old watered down ice tea.... So DISAPPOINTED
