Chick-fil-A

I ordered at 9:38 PM and was the third car in my line with three other cars sewn in front of me. We ordered two frosted sodas. At 956, after 15 other people got their food before I got only two frosted sodas, (And picture attached), It was a poor excuse for frosted sodas! When I asked if they could at least top it off because it was probably flat for me waiting 15 minutes for it, they said no they could not do that because then they would have to remake it!!! Oh poor them. Are you kidding? They had to sit there for the full 15 minutes for them to look so sad and you can’t even top it off??? I’ve worked in customer service forever and that was just pure laziness. For a ff restaurant that prides itself on customer service, you got some work to do! Got a BUSTED package like someone opened it and ate my food bc my nuggets were busted open there were 9 instead of 12 nuggets and I'm missing a LARGE mac and cheese! I called this store 3 times and they ignored my calls and so I was forced to call corporate. Not to mention my drinks were spilled when I received them like no one sealed it at all!

The usual top-notch, superb and expected Chick-fil-a service, but Roland was quite the kind gent! He interacted with everyone he encountered or walked by inside the restaurant. He also kept up with cleanliness all-around and simply made the dine-in experience all the better. Thank you sir 🤘 A duck named Doodles was also a surprise to see 🦆

The drive thru is at least a 15-minute wait every time we come, no matter what day of the week or time of day. We order ahead on the app and it makes no difference. This has been a consistent experience with every drive thru visit since 2020; this location is not the model of efficiency it used to be.

We had a To-Go order that was incorrect (they gave us the wrong type of salad) and the very sweet older gentleman manager that works there helped correct it for us. He was so apologetic for the mess-up and came to our table several times to make sure we had enough dressing, utensills, napkins, etc. for our To-Go order. The new salad came out right as we finished our dine-in meal, so it was perfect timing! I'm sorry I didn't catch the man's name, but he really went above and beyond to help us out!!
