Wendy's

The employees by far are more respectfully to people. I’ve been to so many trying to get the Variant Frost Frights for my son’s collection. The employees blew my mind told me I didn’t have to buy the whole meals because I told them I can’t eat all of these. They went and looked for what I needed. None of the other 5 Wendy’s ever offered this. I’ll go there from now on even just for my food. They put their hearts into helping you or they sure did me.

If they ask you to pull up in the driveway for them to bring it out to you, I hope you have Netflix on your phone and a full tank of gas because you will be waiting there for 20-30 minutes. Will bring drinks like a frosty out immediately so it can sit in your car, parked in the sun while you wait. I don’t come here often but it’s been the exact same the last couple of times I’ve stopped here. This will be the last time I stop here.

If I could give it no stars I would I made an online order and I went here and got the new bacon mushroom burger as a large meal and my husband did the same we both had things added to it and when we got our order it was all messed up and not made right like first of it is a bavon mushroom burger and it had no bacon or mushrooms on it and both of the burgers where made that way and the fries where cold along with the burgers so we went back through drive through and let them know and the very snippy rude woman that was working the window asked me rudely how they had made my food wrong so I explained it all to her again how it was not what or how I had ordered my food and at almost 35 dollars I expected it to be made right the first time but I ended up having them make it again and still i

Walked in to use the bathroom and to get a to-go order. The guy in drive-through takes my order. Meanwhile, Crystal, who was running the front, blows by me on her way back from the bathroom with no acknowledgment I was even there. I look away from the counter for a second to turn back around to a Frosty that was on it. Ask Crystal if that was my Frosty and was totally ignored. Asked a second time and still ignored, then the gut who took my order said, " Yes, that is yours." The point of my story is, if you're going to have somebody work in the front, they shouldn't be ignoring their customers. The food: The burger was overcooked, and the fries were cold. Would not recommend this restaurant, and I think Crystal, and needs reprimanded.

The last 2 times I've visited our local Wendy's has not been a great experience. The first time the service was poor this time the food was cold and awful
