Wendy's

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is a franchise Wendy's restaurant that could have so much potential, but the staff and what appears to be management are awful. I came in twice last week. I always greet anyone across the intercom before I make any menu selections. The person on the other end was very rude (they always are) she cut me off mid-sentence and yelled can you go ahead and order. I asked if I could have a moment because my kids were still deciding what they wanted. Shortly after, I was ready to order but made to wait. When she finally came back to take the order, she still had an attitude and after every item asked if that was all?! When we got to the window, their expression and way of handling things were very passive-aggressive. All of the food was ice cold

The. Young lady today that made my frosty was amazing such a pleasant experience lately customer service seems like it’s suffering all around and she was just perfect. Thank you

The food is OK but the prices are getting ridiculous. Their app never seems to have any real deals anymore. The only thing that brings me in is the free drinks for seniors. Otherwise I will go to McDonalds where you get a free bogo sandwich for doing a survey. The burgers are better here but not if you have to buy two of them plus fries and a drink. For that amount I will go to Red Robin

Dave Thomas must be rolling over in his grave. What a mistake in stopping into this location off I-95. Before we started our order were advised "no salad, no baked potato." Ok supposed to be due to the Hurricane. Ordered the $6 Biggie Bag with fries for Bill and I the Chili. What has happened to the quality of Wendy's products? If the Burger was any colder and tasteless I would have thought that I was eating cardboard. Fries are supposed to challenge McDonald's...if so McDonald's wins hands down. They were cool and limp. Chicken nuggets...the same cool and tasteless. So for this $6 Biggie BAG I give 0 ⭐. My Chili was ok but so thin that I thought I was having soup. At the best 2 ⭐. The inside of this location needs some serious work. Dirty, torn seat's, napkins on the floor. Now drinks...h

Disgusting I would give zero stars if I could. My fries and burger were cold. The 2 hamburger patties on my Dave’s double burger were so dry it tasted like they were cooked last week. Do yourself a favor do not stop and eat here 🤢
