I’ve never left a negative review before, but I wanted to share a concern from my recent visit. While waiting at the counter for my food, I noticed the employee working the fry station was not wearing gloves. I also observed him touch a fry with his bare hands and wipe his nose before continuing to work the station. I work in food service myself, so food safety is really important to me, and this made me feel uncomfortable. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes it can be addressed going forward. Took a bite of my child’s chicken nugget and it was uncooked had to look through the rest of my child’s food to see if the rest was cooked or uncooked only found 1 nugget that was uncooked thank good it was me that took that bite instead of my child

Went here few months ago was 5 stars out of 5. Last 2 times I went after work around 10-11pm the fries were warm-ish but my burger was absolutely cold. Not I got home and it was cold I checked it as I was pulling away and it was absurdly cold, I didnt go back to complain because I don't trust they wont mess with a remake. Nothing is made even close to fresh.

I cannot tell you the last time I stopped and had lunch at this Wendy’s overall it was a great experience. They have a very friendly staff and also a very clean store, along with a beautiful sign welcoming people to Brownstown , Mi. I got the Pretzal Baconator and a frosty! I will be going back

Every time I get food here either something is missing or doesn’t taste fresh. Almost every time I order a breakfast burrito the soft tortilla is ripped and it tastes like they cooked the potatoes and sausage the day before. And most of the time the person taking your order seems annoyed they have to work! Been like this for a couple years now.
