Francesca’s Brick Oven Pizzeria

We're long time customers. First time dining in tonight. We went this evening to try their new pasta dish (oh, so good!). We also had cheese bread and potato croquettes (also very good!). The freshness of the ingredients is evident from the first bite. From pizza to sandwiches, they've got it all (did I mention the pasta? 😋) We had their daughter as our waitress... she was delightful. Thank you for a great meal and some laughs on the way out! Great people, great food. Highly recommend

Sad to report that this charming pizza place in Brownstown has gone down hill. We really enjoyed their fresh, brick oven pizza when it first opened. I think the owner has started to rely on a young and inexperienced staff and managers that are in over their head. The dough is not properly proofed and too much cheese is often applied. This results in a soggy crust with toppings racing off and either staying in the box or on the plate. Watching the staff operate is painful when it should be an entertaining atmosphere. Cooking brick oven pizza in front of your customers should be theatre. Instead you see cooked pizzas sitting on the counter, staff fumble around to match orders together and managers peer from the back kitchen unsure of what to do. The food was excellent. Had the holiday special pizza and it was cooked to perfection. We wanted it a little crispy on the edges and it was. The honey mozzarella was to die for! Great prices and the service was wonderful, can’t wait to come back.

10/10. The Fresca salad which had the freshest ingredients and a very generous portion! Was delicious!! We got the margherita pizza with half pepperoni and it was phenomenal!! The BEST pizza in the area by far. Place was clean and good came out quick. Friendly staff too. I’m so so glad we tried this place, I can’t recommend it enough!!! Will be back as soon as I can!

First time here, and we will definitely be back. The cheese bread was amazing! The flavor of the cheese was so good, and it tasted like real cheese, not fake ingredients. We also really enjoyed our pizza! I especially loved the flavor of the crust and the roasted garlic cloves. Very reasonably priced for the amount and quality of food that you get! The side dining room is going for a moody vibe, which is cool and something that you don’t find a lot around here. Also, our server was super friendly! Great experience overall.
