Sheesh Grill

Lunchtime in Brownstown. I hardly ever get here so I used "The Google" to find someplace to chow down. Terrific service. Friendly staff, too. Comfortable digs to take an hour to eat lunch & de-stress, which successfully did. Got the falafel sandwich, planning to go light today, but it came with two sides plus the fresh warm bread & garlic spread/dip/sauce. (So I'll skip dinner, I can afford it.) By the time I finished my side salad, cup of soup & the bread, I almost got my falafel to go.

This was the best Mediterranean food I’ve had in a decade! First time at this restaurant and the food was top notch- made in house and fresh ingredients! Dishes were well priced and not astronomical. Nothing was frozen and it was a beautiful surprise to celebrate my new job! Thanks for a lovely afternoon and a belly full of delicious fresh food! Will absolutely be back ASAP!

The bread, I love that its hot and fresh! I have never been disappointed in the food. Servings are large and tasty. It's hard to leave a critical or maybe negative review because food is very different to each tongue. If I were to do this I would only say that to my tongue, the soup was on a neutral side for me. I like a deep and complex spice combination. But I will say that it did not overwhelm the spice of the lamb. One of the more interesting flavors was the toum. I am used to a very fluffy and overwhelming garlic flavor from this type of dish, but here it had a very nice olive oil and lemon flavor. it was not fluffy which can be caused by over whipping, which may be the case, but I found the flavor incredible with their fresh bread and ordered extra to take home with me. I don't visit

In town for the car show and had a taste for Mediterranean. Chose this restaurant from a list and now I completely understand why the reviews are so high. It is Excellent! The food was hot and fresh. The seasoning was on point and not salty. The vegetables were grilled nicely without being mushy. And the service was very good too. Hats off to Mohamed for the great recommendations.

Very good food for a reasonable price! Very good portions as well. The fresh baked bread was fantastic!
