Wendy's

Tristan was our cashier at Wendy's. Wow! He was smiling and made eye contact with me. Waiting for my mom and I to finish glancing at their new menu items and respectfully knew when we were ready! He didn't interrupt us while ordering either( is that all???) he didn't have to because he read our nonverbal cues and responded in the respective manner. Amazing young man. On to their dining room: I love when we meet my parents and my son gets to go with his grandparents. Wendy's is the perfect meeting spot. We both drive 4+ hours to get there. Wendy's is the only place with a comfortable interior. Employees who engage with diners. The girl in the dining room effectively and efficiently cleaned the tables floor, and touched up smudges. One of the best Wendy’s we have been to! Very chic, clean, and modern on the inside. The staff especially the night manager was so friendly, patient, and very kind. They made the food fresh and hot, the fires and nuggets were crispy, burgers were bomb, and they gave us plenty of sauce also. It was a perfect night to our end!

We stopped in while traveling through. As someone whose worked management in fast food, it's definitely hard to get this kind of atmosphere. In food people are usually grumpy, they deal with a lot that most have no idea or even realize goes into the job. The lady who waited on us was so kind. We were traveling for my daughter's birthday and she had a friend with her. They were loud obnoxious and all over the place. The lady didn't get attitude with us, not once. Instead because they forgot to put a fry and nugget on the tray she brought us extra, she joked with our youngest. She is absolutely a gem in customer service. The restaurant was clean, we did have to wait for frys but there were 6 of us and a line behind us. The food was good and fresh. This will definitely be remembered for our n

I typically give chain restaurants three stars, unless something was well done. Abigail, who took our order was very friendly and pleasant. The food was built well. It wasn’t sloppy or all over the place. The dining room was clean and everything was in good repair.

Twice we have attempted to stop here and the employee Literally ran to the door to lock it. Yes, it was 9:50pm, so the dining area was going to close in ten minutes, but my five year old needed to use the restroom while they made our to-go order.
