Wendy's

We travel to Winston-Salem NC for doctors appointments. This Wendy's is close to the hospital. It's convenient and reasonable prices. The food is always fresh and the employees are friendly.

I went trough a situation with DoorDash driver that never delivered my food to the hotel I was staying near this location I called Wendy’s and ask if my food was pick up and explain my situation. I ask if they can remake my food and told them I’ll pay when I get there. When I got there they didn’t charge me and they where so kind to me. Love the environment and how kind and friendly they are. Food was amazing thank you so much. Alot of love ❤️ and God bless you all. Ps. Sorry for the spelling autocorrect

Worst part: I got a brownie batter frosty and the vanilla icecream part of it smells and tastes like old milk. Person at the drive thru wasn’t very friendly. Seemed to have an attitude from the start. Took a while on the food even tho the lobby was closed and only one person was in front of us.

The employee taking our order was very nice and helpful with placing our order. Was sorta disappointed in the food cause it was cold. Fries seemed to be old. We were just passing through since we live in another state. I don't see us stopping here at least for a while again but because of the customer service we would give it another try.

I witnessed a employee lick her fingers and turn back to work, after setting a customer's chili fries on the counter. A sandwich onnour order was wrong and when returned with the recipe showing the mistake the boy in the back argued with the young lady attempting to get the correct sandwich.. the fries were cold. The men's room had a puddle of urine in the floor
