Campestre

Sometimes on a long journey, all you want is a comforting, homey meal — and Campestre delivered exactly that. We shared a hearty caldo de pollo and sizzling shrimp fajitas, and wrapped things up with a caramel lava dessert that hit all the sweet notes and then some. Just what our travel-tired hearts needed. The restaurant is surprisingly large, comfortable, and welcoming. No wait, plenty of space, and a nice patio to stretch out and relax. Service was friendly, attentive, and easygoing — the kind that makes you feel right at home. Nothing fancy, just good food, warm service, and cozy vibes. Sometimes that’s all you need. 🌮🍤🍮✨

It was an amazing restaurant for Mexican food, it was very tasty and service was pretty quick. Staff is friendly and kind.

I ordered two Fajitas Texanas with no sides, no vegetables, nothing but the meat. I even repeated it to make sure there was no confusion. What came out was a plate full of vegetables with just a little meat mixed in. It felt like they heard the exact opposite of what I said. The photos below were taken after I picked out the meat, so imagine how much there was before. $50 for what? I eat out rarely and usually tip 1-3x the bill, but this time I left 10% because that is about how much attention my order received. This is the second time this has happened.

The food here is excellent! My FIL is from NJ where they get fresh seafood, and he commented that they cooked the shrimp better than many places back home. Service was prompt, but once our food was out it practically ceased until we asked for the bill. My shredded chicken quesadilla was one of the best I’ve ever had, and everyone said their meals were delicious.

Corn elote was tasty but the grilled chicken nachos was just that nachos with chicken and cheese nothing more...bland food.
