Weinhard Grill

We stumbled upon this restaurant for lunch, attracted by the promise of something new. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly, setting a positive tone. However, the limited lunch menu left us wanting more, especially for the kids who were disappointed that some dishes were only available for dinner. We suggest splitting the menu for lunch and dinner and not just a “this column” not available before a certain time in which we did not realize until after ordering our drinks. If we had known that before ordering drinks we would have gone somewhere else that offered a larger lunch menu. Despite this, the food and drinks we ordered were tasty, showcasing quality ingredients and culinary skill. This experience was way better than I expected. Ms. Ruthie was the friendliest, sweetest waitress that I’ve had in quite some time. Happy hour here is sure to impress. I’m always hesitant to order a burger at a place that has a deep menu but the special price was enticing. After ordering, I went to the restroom where recent ads boasted best burger around. Now, I can crush hamburgers and spaghetti at the house so I’m reluctant to order when going out. But I have to admit that this place has a better burger than any place I’ve tried in this state. I still would like to hit up their entrees. This looks to be a chef’s kitchen and I’m definitely going back some time. They have three garage door style exits into their alleyway outdoor seating. This place has a huge spunky bar as well.

Fantastic brunch at the Weinhard. We tried the Bloody Mary bar and the mimosa bar both very tasty, although I wish I would have been able to try more than 1 type of juice with my mimosa, but that’s the way it goes sometimes, was not disappointed by the serving sizes though! The eggs Benedict had an amazing hollandaise and the eggs were poached perfectly. The chicken and waffles were tasty with well fried chicken but the waffle was a little lack luster. Overall, fantastic service and tasty food.

Nathan was super! Very helpful in leveling out our table then telling us our food choices. We all had wonderful meals 😋Rubins sandwich, Bacon Cheese Burger & Parmesan crusted Halibut

Atmosphere A+ Service A+ Drinks A+ Food…… So we ordered the chicken wrap, cheeseburger and grilled cheese. This assortment of food was a wide variety across the menu. The burger and grilled cheese were nice but nothing to shout home about. The wrap was pretty dry and rather salty. We also ordered garlic Parmesan fries which were normal fried with slices of Parmesan on and not worth the add on charge. And finally we ordered the coleslaw which left something to be desired. It’s lack of variety and flavour was a real disappointment. Overall though, I would come back again I would just change my order.
