Veggie Bowl

Sincerely enjoyed my Hearty Veggie East. I added caramelized onions and teriyaki soy curls to mine, and they were kind enough to hold the tomatoes. I’m an omnivore who frequently leans towards meatless mondays, etc. The food was well seasoned and the quinoa and rice were tender without being mushy. I had never had soy curls before, but these were flavorful and reminded me texturally of some of the cold fried tofu hmart sells. It’s refreshing to find a non-fried option at this food cart pod. My food was ready quickly, too. I’ll be back!

Had the Hearty Veggie West today. Very fresh ingredients. Kale salad perfectly done. The owners do their own yummy sauce. Portions are generous. Way better and fresher than yum bowl. My go to stop when I am in the area and looking for a healthy bowl. In a food truck zone and there is very cozy indoor seating in the bar area.

Although I didn't stay to eat it looked like a really cool place to enjoy the fresh air while enjoying a meal. My 94 year old Dad, who is 100% vegan due to allergies, LOVED his bowl and raved about it several times to several different people!!! I wish I'd have gotten the same thing he did, but I grabbed something vegan from the sushi place next door . . . Dad LOVED that, too!!! 😋😁😜

Always fresh, always delicious, always vegan. Very nice people at the cart as well. My go to is the heavy burrito ($11 as of 10/23). I usually save half for later and it’s plenty to keep me satisfied. Lots of great ingredients inside: avocado, soy curls, rice, lettuce, salsa, sour cream…. It’s great and ALL VEGAN! I never feel bad for eating this like you would with other burritos. When you order at the food cart, they’ll give you a buzzer and once your food is ready it’ll go off. I never have to wait longer than 10 mins.

If you're looking for a vegan or Whole Foods Plant Based meal this is totally the place to visit. This is our go-to place for a top notch meal. I guarantee you will not go away hungry. Our favorite is the the #1 Hearty Veggie West, it's the bomb! If you like it spicy get the pineapple srirachi soy curls. Yum yum & don't forget the sriracha hot sauce as well. We frequent this get-away from cooking at home place a couple times a month. We are never disappointed. The owners Richie & Mayumi are very cordial & will be happy to answer any questions you might have about their offerings on the menu. Have fun & don't forget to leave a good tip.
