Terrible experience within the office.I was not able to fax in my paperwork.In time for it, to be authorized.And I was ridiculed for it told, why was I just sitting on these papers?Instead of turning them in, even though I was explaining that I just wanted to refill it out, I brought the papers in to show them that that's what I was trying to fill out.And then I was told that they're getting a supervisor and basically, I was just being treated like I was stupid. I was told am I going to vaccinate my child then and I said no so she told me my kid will be kicked out all because I don't wanna vaccinate and was trying to get a non medical waiver she was in the east Wing of the van born Michigan health department please reach out thru email for any other details I want a number I can talk to so

the immunizations front desk ladies are always so awesome & so kind! my kid feels super comfortable in the office until she’s called back for her shots, she’s 4 so ofcourse it’s a little challenging & scary for her but the nurses are almost always super quick & understanding. i really want to thank the nurse Chanee who helped us today, my daughter was not excited after our last visit and she was very quick & helped my daughter feel as comfortable as she could. it was just very much appreciated & she handled it all with grace. THANK YOU 🫶🏻

The nurse who gave my son his vaccination was phenominal. His name was Todd and truly deserves kudos because my son has autism and Todd talked to him immediately putting my son at ease. He explained the vaccination and upcoming vaccination schedule to me well and in detail. When I made the appointment to come on here the receptionist was kind and helpful. She gave me great directions as I found out the building is a bit tricky! Thank you for the service that is provided here keeping our children and community safe!

The staff is very friendly. Kind of ladies I'd want to work with, made me daughter and I feel very comfortable. They were very helpful and handled things so fast. Thank you ❤️
