Wayne Public Library

Just got back from the Wayne library! My son and I went there for baby story time! The only have it once or twice a month- CURRENTLY TRYING TO GET MORE PARENTS AND KIDS UP THERE for story time and they’d had it more!! Michelle, I believe her name was; sorry if I’m wrong; but she did great with my son; unfortunately we were the only ones but hoping to go more and see more people come! She had puppets and sang all kinda of songs; she had shakers for the songs and foam blocks! But I just wanted to say that we had an amazing time! And the toys; && they do have tablets for 2 kids and they have so many things! & the kids area is a big area which is really nice! Don’t mind the black blob; that’s where my son was lol!

This place is lovely! The staff are nice, passionate, and helpful, and the book selection is pretty great for its size. Also perfect for folks like me who don’t have a printer.

Wayne library? Only the best library in town it has really stylish architecture but that's just the exterior on the inside there is a wonderful children's reading area were kids can come read books put on puppet shows meet new friends and read new books that they love in peace and there is plenty for the young adults with everything from movies to audible books for audible readers like myself I love listening to great book's like hunger games enders game and Lord of the rings I really enjoy all my visits and recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to studdie

The staff has been putting together different craft packages and other fun and interesting things to do for children and adults alike. My kids and I have loved going to grab the different bags weekly for months now. We really appreciate the effort and the thought that they put into creating them. They don't have the largest selection of books I've seen but they've been able to get me everything I've desired through the library network which doesn't take much time to receive. Rarely busy, even before Covid and the staff is always kind and helpful. I love my neighborhood library!

The Wayne Public Library shines a bright face on the world. The Children's section is filled with books and things to do. There are craft events, book reading and other things going on all the time for the kids. For adults - same thing! Lots of activities and fun things to do as well as a robust book collection. The book collection and the children's section are bolstered by an engaged, professional and helpful set of librarians and technicians who bring knowledge to life. Have a question?
