Wawa

Broke down over the weekend on the side of the road. Had my wife and kids with me. Walked to the closest Wawa (this one) and purchased two jugs of engine coolant, a few things of engine oil, and a funnel. Came to roughly $50 (not the main point). Ended up getting the vehicle fixed without using the items purchased. Downside to the story, I never printed my receipt and used Apple Pay. So I have transaction history but no itemized receipt. Manager completely dismissed me, made a scene from me asking for next steps and a phone number, and threatened to call the cops and kick me out of the store and now I’m on the phone with Joe who is great! Please give that man a raise or a bonus. Handled it like a pro. Too easy and that’s the only reason why this post gets at least a one star. Seriously th

I placed an online order, paid in App. Found no food. They had me put in an order in the store as no charge. I was on my way. Get home 22 miles away and found zero meat in my chicken sandwich. I thought it would be just a quick credit. They asked me to bring the sandwich back!!!! Now I have to call corporate and I’ll put a stop charge on my card. Review ending as I make myself a sandwich and listen to the corporate wait music.

Two times I've bought iced tea in the past week and both times it has tasted like crap. 1st one was lemon tea 2nd was half and half. Both has the same weird taste. Even my mother was confused. I'm not sure what you guys did to the iced tea but it's just BAD. Otherwise the store is excellent! I usually go to the Limerick store and I'm so happy SHEETZ is opening next door. We need some change.

Today 10/9/2025 I ordered a beef steak burrito bowl. The rice literally tastes like plastic. I paid eight dollars for barely any meat, and plastic white rice. This was also my first time getting any bowl from Wawa. There are two dollar rice packets that you can buy from any grocery store, that tastes BETTER and NOT like plastic. This tastes worse than any dog food or cat food, or even chicken pellets. I will never ever in my lifetime ever waste money on the bowls from any wawa ever again; because to me it seems clear that the money is not worth the quality.

The only Wawa in Montgomery County that does not know how to make a double espresso. When I complained about my drink, she told me I had to wait until she finished making two other orders to fix my drink. She then made it incorrectly again, and I threw it away. When somebody is upset, they should be taken care of first. Wawa needs to train their staff a little bit better. Being nice goes a long way.
