A Taste of Heaven Bakery in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania lives up to its name. I had the gluten-free cream cheese frosting carrot cake muffin, and you could not tell it was gluten-free—the frosting was creamy and perfectly sweet. I bought a pecan pie and gifted it - the recipient said it was one of the best pecan pied they’ve ever had. I also tried one of their candy cakes, a classic Philadelphia tastykakes homage of the peanut butter and chocolate delight, which was fresh and irresistible. The bakery has a wide range of treats, and you can even order custom creations. The staff is incredibly sweet, and if you pay in cash, you get a little discount. Thank you!

What a nice treat when it tastes even better than it looks! Just sampled their pecan pie, blueberry crumble pie, carrot cake muffin and walnut covered sticky bun. Wow! Outstanding!! Good thing the trail is nearby because I'm going to need to walk a few miles 😂

After seeing photos online & hearing great reviews, I was pleasantly surprised to see how big it was inside! Great service, great food, & a great atmosphere. Everything is made fresh so if you have something you want go early! Parking is easy on the street or the lot next door. Easy to hop on the perkiomen trail.

All I can say is it was well worth the 12 miles I traveled on back roads from Lansdale. The coffee is great. The cinnamon bun was also great. I got 2 slices of peanut butter pie to go.

Who knew gluten free cupcakes could be so good!! I had a carrot cupcake, banana muffin and a piece of pear pie. Multiple people agreed, all taste fantastic! The pear pie my favorite pie. A nice place to go for a coffee and treat.
