every single time i come in between 3-8 pm something is wrong. literally every single time. they constantly forget something or they just stand there are stare off into space with multiple people waiting. today they forgot my cornbread, pretty mad about that considering it was a 1.25$ to add it on in the first place and they simply just forgot it! and i forgot i even got it since i had already waited a solid ten minutes.

Quite literally EVERY online order I do (always prepaid thru the app) is never out well past the time of pickup and I regularly stand there until someone finally asks what I’m waiting for and it’s miraculously always done and just sitting back behind the counter. When I asked the manager on duty how I can rectify this his solution was to just come in and order on the screen….why offer mobile ordering then? Shortest wait I’ve had is 11 minutes past estimated pick up, longest was almost 40 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and they had no problem just giving me the cold food that had been sitting behind the counter that whole time.

The restrooms were clean. We needed air for a tire, it was free and in good working condition.

When you order for pick up or through an online food app they often forget dressings, sour creams etc. There is a charge for these items please check for that when it’s part of the meal.

The staff are nice and can put on a show “Sam” and “Micheal” they should honestly be staff of the month
