Wawa

Terrible night crew. Upon entering the store I approached the counter to pick up my mobile order (which I had never done a mobile Wawa order before). The whole food crew were standing around and talking. No one greeted me even making eye contact with the employees, I was ignored. Thankfully I did eventually see the mobile pick up sign. I grabbed my order and left already with a bad taste in my mouth from the experience thinking "at least my food will be good. I get home. Open my sandwich and my cheesesteak had no meat in it. No more Wawa for me.

I wanted to share an incredible experience we had with the staff at 7211 Kings Mill Road, Mason, Ohio. During the level 2 snow emergency, we were servicing our customers, with snow removal, in a very large elderly complex where critical care and transportation is needed 24/7. We had 30 employees working in the elements and it was time for lunch/dinner. Everyone was closed all the way up and down I-71 except Wawa. We stopped in with a very large food order expecting to face resistance due to a large catering sized order. The staff immediately stepped up and started suggesting meals. We placed our order and 4 Wawa employees started the work. They not only customized chicken and cheeseburgers for 30 people, they also provided mini trays of all the toppings, plasticware, condiments and sides.

I come from Wawa land and like their coffee the best. All Wawa coffee bar set ups are the same - they have fresh cold coffee creamer in containers, REAL cream, silk creamer and stevia sweetener. I like making my own coffee, and you never know what coffee accountements other convenient stores offer. No surprises here. Anyway I am visiting the Cincinnati area and didn't know Wawa existed here until I was behind a truck exiting off I70 in eastern OH... Great surprise ! Food is good too. I definitely don't recommend the chicken salad sandwiches. Messy and gross

Where is the veggies I am sure about you gave me someones canceled orders thats ridiculous I wont choose you anymore WAWA mason is dont care about customer thatsa happenede second time just I gave one more chance for to be sure becouse everyones can do mistakes but thist time they did that mistake when they looking my eyes with sure attitude.

I come here all the time since it opened in August. The staff is always nice and it’s always clean. I do the online food pickup as well and it is usually very good. The manager or maybe owner lady with glasses and short blonde hair is super nice and friendly. I always find what I need and the rewards app is useful. I’ll continue to come and waste all of my money here on snacks and drinks😂
