Wawa

It was about time I returned to Mount Olive and came into this place. Building took years and what we got was a big parking lot and a tiny little Wawa. But it did its job. Like honestly, no complaints. This place is probably hell during the day and the intersection must be awful but I went at night so in isolation, this was a great visit. As I come down on some of my last reviews to Google local guide level 7, I am honored for this location to be a part of my journey.

Well this afternoon I had one of the best experience in wawa. First time too, at this location, we live in Long Branch... I am driving back come from a 4hrs drive with my 3 yr old (who has diary allergies and had sensitivity to certain foods). I entered with an idea for her to eat. Was going to take my chances on purchasing a regular hotdogs 🌭 but I asked Alex behind the food area if it was possible to do it separately and he said he will asked. Little after Nick comes out and may me feel great when he took his time on listening to me and said he was going to take care of it. In which I said if it would get them in trouble I would of taken my chances... he responds was No, its ok its going to take a few mins but I'll get it done... Beyond grateful WAWA with your 2 wonderful staff... Thanks

The gas station itself is fine, seems to have a lot of snack and beverage options. My one star is because I think it's absolutely ridiculous that a place that many people who are traveling will stop doesn't have any place to change a baby's diaper. We stopped here thinking we could get food, gas, clean up our kids , and do everything all in one stop . Both of my kids had poopy diapers and we ended up having to change them on top of a garbage can behind the gas station ( normally we would just do it somewhere in the car in a pinch like this, but with the car loaded with luggage there is no space). It's bad enough when the men's bathroom doesn't have a changing table , but for there not to be one in the women's bathroom is outrageous.

Ordered a sub BLT without the bread. There was no bacon on it, and I paid extra for avocado and there was no avocado on it either. Didn't realize it till I got home and wasn't going to go back to complain. I emailed Wawa yesterday and still have no response. If they respond appropriately, I'm happy to change my review. Until then, they need to pay attention. Definitely understaffed, and I understand why mistakes could happen for that reason. Management also needs to figure out a way to hire more people to fix issues like this.

Horrible staff three people standing around doing nothing meanwhile they refuse to cash my lottery ticket because it's after 10:00 p.m. this is a lousy excuse I have cashed tickets there past 10:00 p.m. many times I will not be spending money at the store in the future it's very inconvenient. Every time I try to get something done at this store they never miss an opportunity to inconvenience me
